Body De-Construction a Class for Pain Management and Structural Restoration
Who can this benefit: people who have or had poor diets, PAIN, mental, emotional or physical abuse, stress, fatigue, panic attacks, anxiety, MS, fibromyalgia, addictions, illness, and injuries, especially to the head, stress, PTSD, birth trauma, and athletes. People attending classes will increase flexibility, circulation of blood, lymphatic/s, cerebral fluid, bilateral strength; release ritualized muscular mechanics and the six major diaphragms. Reduction of pain, tension and improve breathing. 13 years of age and up.
When: This class changes weekly to incorporation new ideas, methods for managing pain and structural restoration. Though the class generally has the same outline for the duration, each class is unique. The Classes are the 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month until the end of April 2018. First class starts on December 2, 2017 from Noon to 2 pm.

What will each person need: Each Person will need loose clothing, beach towel, yoga mat or pad, and two pillows.
Why: the body’s proper alignment which comes from the structure is vitally important to health, emotional stability and spiritual freedom. Research by Dr. Bruce Lipton showed that if the spinal channel which dictates the outcome of the entire body’s health; if the spine stays misaligned eventually cellular mutation will happen. Misalignment of the spine and its symptoms can include disease, mental illness, anger, stress, headaches, fatigue and an assortment of emotional responses. This is the underlining issue of all pain, loss of strength, focus (mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical) that has gone “properly untreated” and misalignment for years.
How: People will learn simple tools that they can use to recover, repair and restore the collapse of the skeletal system causing pain, illness, stress, and tension. Using balls, hip rollers and proper stretching methods learn to clean up and release scar tissues and misalignment.
Workshop Leader: Bridgette Lyn Dolgoff’s work in “Energy and Structural Medicine”, Traditional Osteopath, Nutrient, Food as Medicine and Shamanism. She has been teaching for 15 years and in private practice over 25 years. Bridgette cured herself of brain cancer and while doing so she had to take a hard look at what was missing in information about health and healthcare. Bridgette’s continued education making corrections for her own health and others over the years. Bridgette’s work in pain management extends to chronic injury, illness, disease, stress, abuse, brain chemistry, environmental toxins, lifestyle, upbringing, and surgeries. Alleviating traumas affecting the soul/spirit restores the physical body of the individual to balance and wholeness. The shaman also enters supernatural realms or dimensions to obtain solutions to problems afflicting the community. Shamans may visit other worlds/dimensions to bring guidance to the misguided souls and to ameliorate illnesses of the human soul caused by the foreign elements. The shaman operates primarily within the spiritual world, which in turn affects the human world. The restoration of balance results in the elimination of the ailment. Shamanism is a range of traditional beliefs and practices that involve the ability to diagnose, cure, and sometimes cause suffering because of a special relationship with, or control over, spirits. This tradition has existed all over the world since prehistoric times. Shamanism is based on the premise that the visible world is pervaded by invisible forces or spirits that affect the lives of the living. In contrast to animism and anatamism, which any and usually all members of a society practice, shamanism requires specialized knowledge or abilities. Shamans are not, however, organized into full-time ritual or spiritual associations, as are priests in shamanic religions a medicine is some magical object or ceremony, such as medicine bag, that is used to control and direct the supernatural forces. The term medicine also refers to the magical potential of the object or ceremony which is used for these purposes. Among North American Indians, a medicine man or medicine woman is someone who professes to have skills at manipulating supernatural forces and uses these skills to cure sickness, drive away evil spirits, and regulate the weather.

Medical Shamanism Class Reno, Nevada April 23, 2017
For Health and Healing Yourself
Medical Shamanism Class is a class that gives simple tools and practices to cure ourselves. Every month for an hour and half we will have a sacred power space to participate in practices with each other. This class covers basic principles, ideas and practices in Shamanism for generating power which leads to health.
These practices are for reclaiming lost energy or power, generating new energy or power, cleaning and clearing up any leaks, bringing “taken” or “given” away back to ourselves. Basics will include: witnessing for ourselves and others, recapitulation how to, tensegrity or shamans passes and forms (movement) which cleans and generates energy/power back into the luminous sphere and some short journeys to into the mystery.
A series of practices including shaman passes, simple elemental practices or dreaming tools will be given at during each class. The student may use them for the following month as home work. It all begins with our lost emotional body, finding it and building a bridge to bring it closer to our physical form. You can be more energetic, have increased vitality and live longer.
This class is the 4th Sunday of every month starting April 23, 2017 and running through August 27, 2017 @ Idlewild Park Reno, Nevada 89509. $25 drop in per person. Comfy clothes and a yoga mat.
